3 workouts per week structured to allow your body adequate time to recover around your on-ice schedule.
Recommended for hockey players ages 8 to 14 or with little to no resistance training experience. 15+ ages can still benefit so long as you have adequate dumbbell resistance.
No gym time required. No expensive membership fees. Everything can be done at home, on your own.
